What we provide

IMNETS provides web hosting, email on your domain and DNS, in the package you choose. What each package includes is on our Web Hosting page.

Your account

You must be 18 or older and give us a real email address. Keep your password safe. You are responsible for what happens under your account, and for any team members you add.

Payment and renewal

You pay the price shown when you order. Your package then renews every month or year on the same card until you cancel. Payments are handled by Helcim, our payment provider.

If we ever change a price, we will email you at least 30 days before it applies, so you can cancel first.

If a renewal is declined, we will contact you. If it stays unpaid, we may suspend your hosting until it is paid.

Cancelling and refunds

You can cancel at any time from your control panel, or by emailing contact@imnets.com. Your card won't be charged again, and your hosting stays on until the end of the period you've paid for. Our refund policy explains the 30-day full refund.

Domains

A domain we buy for you is added to your package price and stays yours. If you bought your domain elsewhere, keeping it renewed is up to you.

What you can't do

You may not use IMNETS to:

• Break the law, or host anything you don't have the right to use.
• Send spam or unwanted bulk email.
• Host malware or phishing pages, or attack other people's systems.
• Try to reach another customer's account, or get around your package's limits.

We may suspend an account that does these things or puts other customers at risk. We will tell you why, and warn you first when we can.

Your content and backups

Your website, email and files stay yours. We only use them to run your hosting. We keep nightly copies on the same server, and those copies can't protect you if that server is lost, so please keep your own copy of anything important.

Our service

We work to keep your hosting running, but we can't promise it will never go down or never lose data. Hosting runs on our own server, and all customers share it.

As far as the law allows, IMNETS provides the service as it is, and we aren't responsible for lost profits or other indirect losses. If we are responsible for a loss, the most we will pay is what you paid us in the 12 months before it happened.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms in a way that affects you, we will email you before the change applies.
