Privacy policy
What we keep, and why.
We collect what we need to run your hosting. We never sell it.
Last updated November 1, 2026
What we collect
- When you order: your business name, email address and domain.
- When you contact us: your name, email address, business name and message.
- When you have an account: your login details, with your password stored only in scrambled form, and a record of sign-ins and changes, including IP addresses.
- When you pay: your card type, its last four digits and Helcim's reference numbers. Helcim, our payment provider, handles your full card number. We never see it.
- When you host with us: your website files, databases and email, which are stored on our server so we can run your hosting.
- When you visit: our server keeps logs of visits, including IP addresses, to keep things secure and working.
How we use it
We use it to set up and run your hosting, take payment, send you messages about your service, answer your questions and protect the server. We don't send marketing lists or use advertising trackers.
Cookies
This website doesn't set cookies. Your control panel and webmail use a cookie to keep you signed in.
Who sees it
We never sell your information. We share only what's needed with:
- Helcim, to take payments.
- The domain company, when we buy a domain for you.
- The authorities, when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep your account details while you're a customer, and as long as we need them for tax and payment records after that. Sign-in and activity records are kept for one year. When your hosting ends, we delete your website and email, and our backup copies of them are gone within about a month.
Your choices
Email contact@imnets.com to see what we hold about you, to correct it or to ask us to delete it. We keep only what the law requires us to keep.
Changes
If we change this policy in a way that affects you, we will update this page and email our customers.
