The first 30 days

Cancel within 30 days of your first hosting payment and we refund that payment in full, whether you pay monthly or yearly. You don't need to give a reason.

How to ask

Choose Cancel renewal in your control panel, or email contact@imnets.com from the address on your account. We send the money back to the card you paid with. Your bank may take a few days to show it.

After 30 days

You can still cancel at any time, and your card won't be charged again. Your hosting stays on until the end of the month or year you've paid for. We don't refund part of a month or year, or a renewal that has already been charged.

If we charge you by mistake, tell us and we will refund the mistake.

Domains

Domains are not covered, because we pay the domain company as soon as we buy one and that money can't be returned. The domain stays yours.

When your hosting ends

After a refund or when your paid period ends, we turn your website and email off. Please copy anything you want to keep first.
